Recipe By: Dmitry Steinbuchel
Grill 8oz of Organic grass Fed Beef with garlic, salt and pepper. Throw 1/2 of Portobello mushroom on the grill, with the assortment of vegetables of your desire. I like Asparagus and peppers.
When the burger is medium rare throw some low fat cheese on top, add dill pickles, and a bit of Mayo mixed with Ketchup and Spiracha sauce.
I don’t usually eat bread, but when I am having a burger, it doesn’t matter. I like to use Organic 9 grain bread without any preservatives.
Done and enjoy! All under 600 calories, and about 50g of protein!
Enjoy!
