Green Tea Blueberry Protein Muffins
Each muffin has 15g of lean protein, 20g of good carbs, and 5g of healthy fat.
Mix 2 eggs, 4 egg whites, with ground oats (blended to substitute the flour), add 1tbs of Organic Vanilla Flavor, 1tbs of Cinnamon, 1tbs of Baking Soda, 2 cups of Unsweetened Almond milk. 1tbs of of Raw Almond Butter. 1 cup of Walnuts. 1 full cup of fresh Organic Blueberries. Add 4 packets of Stevia. Add 4 scoops of Matcha Green Tea Powder. Finally mix 4 scoops of clean Vegan (complete plant) protein or Egg or Whey Protein. Mix it manually or with a food processor.
Distribute the mixture in the muffin dish, with each compartment oiled with Coconut Oil.
Add a few flakes of oats on top for presentation and you are set.
Bake the muffins for 20 min, at 350 degrees, and enjoy.
