High Protein Veggie Snack

Hate eating your green leafy vegetables? No problem.

 

Ingredients:

  • Almond milk
  • Protein powder
  • Spinach
  • Kale (crunched up)
  • Green Leafy Vegetables

 

Method:

  1. Pour 1/2 of almond milk in a blender
  2. Add 1 scoop of protein powder.
  3. Add 2 cups of Spinach and 2 cups of Kale (crunched up)
  4. Turn on the blender, mix it and enjoy.

You will not taste the veggies when you drink them, and it’s all over in seconds, with a ton of nutrition. It goes down smooth like fine wine, well… Maybe not exactly.
