High protein Apple Oatmeal
Short for time? No problem. High protein Apple oatmeal instant breakfast.
Ingredients:
- Oats
- Protein
- Ground Flax Seeds
- Raw Almonds
- Organic Apple
Method:
- Boil 1/2 cups of old fashioned oats.
- When fluffy and cooked, add 1-2 scoops of protein, 1tbs of ground flax seeds, and handful of raw almonds.
- Slice 1/2 an organic apple on top.
There you have it. Super easy breakfast, full of protein, good carbs, and healthy fats to keep you lean and healthy.
