Spicy Chicken Burgers

High in protein, low in carbs, and moderate in healthy fats. Ideal for those looking to lose that flat tire belly.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper.

Method:

  1. Grill up 2 Organic Chicken Breasts, season in Lemon Pepper, tad of Salt, and Cayenne pepper.
  2. Slice up 1/2 Avocado – Add 2 Slices of Tomato
  3. Add a few slices of Cucumber – Instead of the bun, use lettuce leaves.
  4.  Throw some Organic (Trader Joe’s Ketchup without High Fructose Corn Syrup)
