Smoked Salmon Cheddar Wraps

Has high in protein, low in carbohydrates, and full of healthy Omega fats.


  • 8oz of wild smoked salmon
  • olive oil
  • mayo
  • spiracha
  • avocado
  • lettuce
  • low fat smoked cheddar cheese


  1. Slice 6-8oz of wild smoked salmon
  2. Then add a light touch of olive oil mayo
  3. Include a squirt of Spiracha
  4. Then after, you need to sliced Avocado
  5. Add a 1 piece of low fat smoked cheddar cheese
  6. Then finally wrap in lettuce
