A popular question I get from my male readers is whether I have any tips or tricks for busy family men to get back into a routine. Not talking hardcore like how competitors will dedicate a good part of their day preparing for but a comfortable lifestyle and anywhere between a 4-6 pack abs would mean success.
It’s funny that until I had Tianna 6 months ago, I never knew what it was like to have to really lose weight. My pre-baby physique was comfortable at a very lean, close to competition shape year round and only now, I understand the real meaning of juggling a family/work life and being happy at having a mainstream look. Long story short — I can appreciate the challenge of getting your fitness in considering a full life.
So back to the topic. I wanted to highlight a dear friend of mine, former ATP player/professional fitness model/MBA/Internet Marketing expert, Jamin Thompson. He’s kind of the male version of me, cerebral and sporty in one.
Jamin as a featured speaker at the famed FMI Conference.

As you can see, Jamin knows his stuff when it comes to fitness. In addition to this, Jamin follows a holistic approach when it comes to his diets as he was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease, which put an end to his professional tennis career. Through cleaning up his diet and researching food health benefits, he’s healed himself from this debilitating disease.
So when it comes to male fitness related questions, I highly recommend Jamin as a go-to resource. He has a number of websites targeted towards male fitness, focusing on the hottest question — How do I get 6 pack abs? I love reading his posts, they incredibly entertaining yet very well thought out. Not only this, I can personally attest to his professionalism, dedication to sharing his knowledge with others and providing comprehensive solutions to guys who want to get an envious body. Subscribe to his newsletter to get helpful insight, highly recommend.
