Soooo delicious and high protein this recipe! I adore Mediterranean food and here’s another fine example of very fresh and clean eating cuisine.
Greek Style Dill Caper Squid Recipe
– 1kg raw squid, rinsed and patted dry
– 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
– 1 tbsp dried dill
– 1/4 cup chopped capers
– fresh ground pepper
– dash of garlic powder
– 2 tbsp olive oil
Set oven to 170c or 325f. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let marinate while the oven heats up. When the oven is ready, bake for 20 min.
