EAAs, CLA, multivitamin, vit C, vit E, superfood capsules, Mega Green Tea extract, St. John’s Wort, L-carnitine, instant expresso, and sparkling water to wash it all down. Repeat a couple of these items 3x/day.
Also I take psyllum fiber, glutamine, and NO2 prior to my morning cardio (empty stomach).
I’m not going to even pretend that this is normal but do what you gotta do for contest prep.
