Spicy Turkey Chili.

High in lean protein, low in carbs and fat.

Sometimes we want to cook for the family or friends. This is a great healthy dish to prepare when your friends are over to watch a game or any other kind of fun gathering. Impress them with this bad ass Alpha male dish. Ripped Turkey Chili.

Prepare

  • 1 can of Organic Tomato Paste
  • 1 can of Red Beans
  • 1 can of Kidney Beans
  • 2 lbs of Organic Ground Lean Turkey
  • 1/2 Onion (Chopped)
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1tbs of Paprika
  • 1tbs of Spiracha sauce
  • Salt and Ground Pepper
  • Low Fat Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbs of Coconut Oil
  • 1 Packet of Chili Paste

Steps

  1. Pull out a pan, throw 1tbs of Coconut Oil and spread all over the pan. Throw Ground Turkey on the pan and start browning it for about 5-7 minutes.
  2. After turkey is cooked up, add the above ingredients into the pan, throw the intensity of fire to Medium heat. Wait 15 minutes, until the tasty scents will start to fill the room. Add a sprinkle of cheese of your desire. Done. Mix, serve, and enjoy.

Side Effects: This dish might make you produce excessive amounts of gas. Be smart guys, don’t make this on your first date. Garlic, beans.. bad combination. Save this dish when the whole family is over, this way it is fun to watch everyone pass gas and blame it on one another.
