Chocolate Shredded Coconut Mint Shake

Hot to make an ultimate before bed snack shake that tastes like dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 scoops of chocolate egg or plant protein
  • 1tbs of raw Almond butter
  • 1tbs of Udo’s oil
  • 1tbs of unsweetened coconut
  • Few mint leaves
  • 1 cup of Vanilla almond milk
  • Few ice cubes

Method:

Add 1-2 scoops of chocolate egg or plant protein. Add 1tbs of raw Almond butter. 1tbs of Udo’s oil. 1tbs of unsweetened coconut. A few mint leaves. 1 cup of Vanilla almond milk. A few ice cubes, and enjoy.
