- Protein powder
- Kale (crunched up)
- Green Leafy Vegetables
- Pour 1/2 of almond milk in a blender
- Add 1 scoop of protein powder.
- Add 2 cups of Spinach and 2 cups of Kale (crunched up)
- Turn on the blender, mix it and enjoy.
