The Metabolic Cooking Cookbook

Ingredients:

  • Red Meat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Asparagus
  • Garlic

 

Method:

  1. Grill the meat for 3-4 minutes
  2. Season in light salt and pepper, a tad of Paprika.
  3. Steam Asparagus for about 10 minutes, in a boiling pan with a tad of chopped Garlic.
  4. Stay away from butters of any kind.

 

Tips For Eating Red Meat:

  • Red meat is not dangerous to eat, if you buy Organic, Grass Fed, and without any injected hormones or antibiotics. Quality red meat comes high in protein, low in carbs, and some fats.
  • Stick to eating red meat 1-2 days a week. Don’t eat it every day, as it is a bit higher in fat. Make it a treat and consume it in moderation. As with anything, moderation is the key to a balanced lifestyle.
  • Always choose leaner cuts of red meat to minimize the intake of Saturated Fat.
