Ingredients:
- Red Meat
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- Asparagus
- Garlic
Method:
- Grill the meat for 3-4 minutes
- Season in light salt and pepper, a tad of Paprika.
- Steam Asparagus for about 10 minutes, in a boiling pan with a tad of chopped Garlic.
- Stay away from butters of any kind.
