To make vegetables and salads delicious. You need to prepare the following:


  • Apples Cranberries
  • goat cheese
  • walnuts
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Olive Oi, Avocado Oil, or Flax Seed Oil.


  1. Add sliced Apples Cranberries
  2. Put a bit of blue or goat cheese and walnuts

For dressings:

You need to skip Ranch, Caesar, Thousand Island and replace these calorie and fat dense dressings with healthier, leaner alternatives such as Balsamic Vinaigrette, Olive Oi, Avocado Oil, or Flax Seed Oil. This combination will make sure that you look forward to your next salad.
