Tasted just like real ice cream! Just without the calories and all the useless sugar. This will allow you to enjoy sweets, while still burning body fat and building lean muscle. Next time you are drooling for something sweet. Give this bad boy a shot. Boom!

High in Protein, Dairy Free, Gluten Free, and added sugar free.

Anabolic Cooking Ultimate Cookbook

Ingredients:

frozen pineapple

Almond Milk (unsweetened)

Stevia

Green Tea Powder

Vanilla Whey Protein.

Method:

  1. Pull out a food processor. Throw 3-5 chunks of frozen pineapple
  2. Add 1/4 of Almond Milk (unsweetened)
  3. Then add 1/2tbs of Stevia, 1tbs of Green Tea Powder
  4. Put 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey Protein.
  5. Blend it until it has a thick consistency.
